A (LNA) Licensed Nurse’s Assistant is a professional member of the home care team whose primary responsibility is providing supportive care to client’s in need of personal care service and homecare. We have numerous opening for LNAs to work in locations throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.

Responsibilities/Duties:


The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide direct personal care to the client.
2. Provide basic personal care according to the care plan.
3. Monitor client’s condition.
4. Notify supervisor of a change in the client’s health condition.
5. If needed, teach the client appropriate self-care techniques.
6. Provide professional care and services
7. Document daily living activities accurately in a communication log book.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Must possess a valid, current License under the State Board of Nursing in Vermont.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior and understand the need for patient confidentiality.
• Must have general knowledge of the necessary procedures in emergency/non-emergency situations.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with the client, their significant other and family.
• Must communicate with supervisor and other related staff as necessary for care for the client.
• Must complete the agency’s employment process and all back ground checks.
• Must own a vehicle that is properly registered, inspected and insured with the State of Vermont and give proof of all including a valid State of Vermont driver’s license. Transportation must be reliable and adequate for road conditions.
